parasubs.txt : namelist for substancesΒΆ

These namelists are used only if key_substance is activated.

  • namecosys
    : general parameters relative to the substances (other than T & S)
    • file_outflow : file defining outflows (name, location, unit...). No outflow if bad file name (outflow.dat : Discharges fluxes or concentrations in rivers)
    • name_filesubs : file defining substances (name, unit, type...) (variable.dat : Defined simulated substances)
    • filevardiag : file describing diagnoses variables (name, unit, number, dimension, presence in water/sediment...) (Diagnostic variables : vardiag.dat)
    • date_startsub : starting date of the computation of chemical, biological or sediment processes
    • l_restart_subs : .true. if all substances are saved for restarts.
    • l_obc_ogcm_rc : .true. if the substance boundary condition has to be read from the open boundary file
    • file_obc_subs_s, file_obc_subs_n, file_obc_subs_w, file_obc_subs_e, : name of file for southern/northern/western/eastern open boundary conditions of substance
    • l_out_log : if .true. saving of substance concentration uses the logarithm format
    • l_cvrain_readfile : if .true. reading concentrations in rainwater from a file (varying concentrations over time); only for substances whose concentration in rainwater is set to non-zero data in the file variable.dat (Fluxes or concentrations in atmospheric inputs)
    • l_subflxatm_readfile : if .true. reading a file of dry atmospheric deposits (varying over time); only for substances with the deposit is given nonzero in the file variable.dat
    • sflx_sub_atm_depth : depth until which the atmopheric flux related to substances is distributed
    • l_subflxatm_xyt : .true. if atmospheric fluxes of some substances vary in space and time
    • file_flxatm_subs : input file name if l_subflxatm_xyt =.true.
    • l_bilan : .true. for the computation of the balance. (Massbalance computing (Stocks, fluxes, budgets))
    • name_bilfil : name of the file where zones and borders are defined for budgets. =’’ if only one budget zone which cover all the domain (zero open border and no need to create a file for define zones and borders)
    • dtout_budget : time step (hour) for budgets and fluxes output
    • date_start_budget : starting date of budget and fluxes computation
    • nb_border : number of border (open and closed) for estimating fluxes and budgets (=1 if name_bilfil=’‘)
    • l_driv_cst : If .true. the driving variables are constant in time. (default). If .false. the driving variables are interpolated (every dt_driv time step) from an input file or a function defined by the user in usersubstance module.
    • dt_driv : time step for estimation of driving variables
  • nammessat
    : ** satellit SPM related parameters (if key_messat and key_biolo)**
    • l_messat_clim = .true. if using SPM data from climatology
    • filemessat_clim = climatology file
    • l_messat_obs = .true. if using SPM data from satellite images directly
