Module contaminant MET&OR

• This module is activated with the key : key_contaminant and key_substance (and optionally either key_sedim & key_sedim_mixsed or key_sedim_MUSTANG & key_MARS depending on MARS version)
• It integrates transformations of variables and transfer processes between the water/air/sediment compartments.
• This module can be used to treat the dynamics of contaminants (chemical, bacterial or radioactive).
