Module AGRIF

AGRIF (Adpatative Grid Refinement in Fortran) is a library which allows one to refine the numerical resolution in areas of interest.

• This module is activated by the followings keys : key_agrif or key_agrif_1way associated with the AGRIF_MPI in case of mpi run and key_agrif_OMP in case of OpenMP
• Environment : it requires bison library which analyses and transforms the source code during the compilation
