Description of the update part

The update part allows to update the coarser variables from the finer grids.

The updated variables are :

• the sea surface height
• the traceurs (T,S,substance)
• the wet-drying mask
• the water fluxes from which the horizontal velocities are re-estimated (coarser grid)

Finally, the vertical velocities are also re-estimated (coarser grid)

A Scheme summarizes the implementation of the updates in MARS.
