Variables supplémentaires utilisés pour Zostera

* 13 variables d'état supplémentaires sont estimées (10 fixées au fond et 3 transportées dans la colonne d'eau), en plus de 6 variables benthiques :
     * variables fixées benthiques : 
           * organic_nitrogen_benth (classic variable activated with key_benthos)
           * biogenic_silica_benth  (classic variable activated with key_benthos)
           * detrital_phosphorus_benth (classic variable activated with key_benthos)
           * benthic_diat_nitrogen (variable activated with key_benthos and with key_diatbent or with key_zostera)
           * ammonium_in_benthos (variable activated with key_benthos and key_zostera)
           * dissolved_phosphorus_in_benthos (variable activated with key_benthos and key_zostera)
    
     * variables fixées représentant les zostères
           * zostera_LB : zostera_leaf_biomass
           * zostera_RB : zostera_root_biomass
           * zostera_D : zostera_shoot_density
           * zostera_LN : zostera_leaf_nitrogen_pool
           * zostera_RN : zostera_root_nitrogen_pool
           * zostera_LP : zostera_leaf_phosphorus_pool
           * zostera_RP : zostera_root_phosphorus_pool
           * zostera_benthic_detrital_nitrogen
           * zostera_benthic_detrital_phoshporus
           * zostera_seed_in_benthos

     * variables transportées dans l'eau (particulaire non constitutive NoCP) 
           * zostera_floating_detrital_nitrogen
